Alessandro Bellemo 46e1d02f6b Update Mix plugin to Phoenix 1.3 ... Version 1.3 of the Pheonix Framework introduces changes to the mix tasks used by the framework. In particular all tasks starting with "phoenix." have been renamed to "phx.".
