this commit include my theme (themes/luca.zsh-theme) and a little update of (lib/rvm.zsh)
I added ZSH_THEME_RVM_PROMPT_{PREFIX|SUFFIX} analogous to ZSH_THEME_GIT_PROMPT_{PREFIX|SUFFIX}
