ae50006c8a Option and completion changes: 
* disabling autocd
    * disabling cdablevar
    * completion leaves cursor at the end of the word
    * completion assumes start-of-word
    * getting rid of cd() function
    * dirs => dirs -v
    * not sharing history between active sessions
