745fb84830 Change git cherry-pick alias to 'gchp' 
If GNU coreutils are installed as gmv, gcp, etc. via Homebrew, and cp is aliased to
gcp as is Homebrew's wont, then the tab completion for cp will fail oddly when the
git plugin is enabled, since zsh is completing for `git cherry-pick` but executing
`gcp`.

91e4f3d667 Fix gdv: make it a function, and use view. 
I've changed it to use `view` instead of `vim -R` to make it hopefully
more editor-agnostic.

4cd4167c8d Further git completion improovements 
In detail:
gup - now completes with remotes like git fetch would
gdv - got git diff completions
gc/gca - now zsh will suggest files in staging area
gba - suggestions as for git branch
