fix(brew)!: update bcubc alias to use brew upgrade --cask (#9501)

BREAKING CHANGE: changes deprecated `brew cask reinstall $(...)` alias to use
`brew upgrade --cask` instead. If you don't have this command, run `brew update` to
get the latest Homebrew CLI version.
