Bira theme now see at BIRA_VENV variable.

If it equal to 'virtualenvwrapper', bira will use `basename "$VIRTUAL_ENV"`
to get virtual enviroment name. Else, it still use `rvm-prompt`.
NOTE! You need have PS1="$_OLD_VIRTUAL_PS1" in your
$WORKON_HOME/postactivate to prevent virtualenvwrapper from
breaking PROMPT
