Plugin for fish-like substring history scrubbing.
Usage: enter a search string and arrow up/down. You'll be whisked through your history commands matching that search. With no search string it pages history normally. Thanks to fishz. [http://sourceforge.net/projects/fizsh/] via http://snk.tuxfamily.org/log/switching-from-fish-to-zsh.html
