feat(fancy-ctrl-z): Flip-flop between two backgrounded jobs

Browse source 
Added a feature to `fancy-ctrl-z` which, if and only if there are
precisely two backgrounded jobs, switches between them (using `fg %-`)
when bringing back something to the foreground.
