Fix git_parse_dirty

Browse source 
With git 1.6.6 (not sure about others) git_parse_dirty() stopped
working, perhaps due to a change in stderr/stdout. This fixes
the function to check for the actual output.

Only tested on git 1.6.6, so YMMV.
