Let code point ranges show values for "--complete"
[why]
The Octicons have gaps. This is used when we patch a font with Octicons
(`F400` - `F505`) and ... well there is a bug in font-patcher, but
the codepoints starting with `F500` are filles with other symbols when
we do a `--complete` patch.
So on 'stand alone' patching the Octicons are indeed `F400` - `F505`,
but on 'complete' the just occupy 'F400` - `F4A8` without any gaps.
`F4A9` is then filled individually afterwards.
As most people will use a '--complete' patched font that information
might be more relevant.

Fixes codepoint ranges in the wiki. This includes adding some glyphs
sets that were missing (`powerline symbols` and `codicons`), as well
as fixing some of the already existing codepoint ranges.
