font-patcher: Fix wrong ScaleGlyph in Font Awesome

[why]
This is obviously a complete mess.
Firstly it seems the author (me) used the array elements as ranges,
which is of course not possible. And them the end has a typo.
Sigh.

[how]
Not consecutive codes must all be given one by one (unfortunately).
