Unify descriptive text in fonts.json

[why]
The description is displayed like this:

* Info: <description>

Sometimes the description text starts with lowercase, sometimes with
caps. This looks weird.

[how]
Always start the description with uppercase.

[note]
Also correct missing(?) description for one font.
