Update sankey diagram

Some icons where added to Seti (number change).
Some numbers numbers where wrong.
Add new Codicons section.

Also add new instructions how to create.

+And insert in new
+Adapt colors if need be:
+Select icon group
+Use eyedropper tool and click on colored bar of new diagram
+
+Save as compressed inkscape svgz
+Save as optimized svg
+Use the later as production file.
